New York Officials seized more than 135 pounds of cocaine worth as much as $3 million in the Bronx.
Law enforcement officials stopped an SUV carrying a man they had identified as a member of a narcotics trafficking network, About an hour later in Kingsbridge, agents and detectives stopped another man they believed to be part of the narcotics trafficking network; Xavier Herbert-Gumbs exited a rental car that carried a box containing 26 pounds of cocaine.
It wasn’t immediately clear if either man had a lawyer who could speak on his behalf. Both are residents of Puerto Rico. Bail was set at $400,000.
