A U.S. Federal judge has denied disgraced former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle an early release from prison. Fogle is currently serving more than 15 years for possession of child pornography and traveling with the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a minor. Earlier this month, Fogle filed papers seeking an order for his immediate release, contending that there were jurisdictional issues in the original case against him. Fogle came under suspicion back in 2015 following the arrest of Russell Taylor, then-executive director of Fogle’s charity, The Jared Foundation. At the time, Taylor was accused of filming minors without their knowledge using a series of hidden cameras in his home.
