One of Lil Wayne’s bodyguards waded through the crowd at a Florida show early Sunday and decked a fan who had apparently ticked off the rapper, a new video shows.

The 32-year-old hip hop star appeared to single out the bearded young show-goer before the vicious attack at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, the Broward-Palm Beach New Times reported.

In a cellphone video shot by someone above the scene, the bulked-up bodyguard makes his way down some stairs to the venue floor and then drops the fan with two cheap shots to the face.

It’s not clear what the fan did to provoke the attack.

A report in Vibe said the man may have tossed a beer at the rap superstar — who was several hours late — while TMZ reported that the man had been holding up a scrolling message on his phone that said “F— Weezy.”

Lil Wayne’s show was supposed to start at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, but the rapper didn’t show up until after 3 a.m., the New Times reported.

Instead of starting the show, though, the “Lollipop” singer and his crew mostly hung out on couches, smoked and sipped cocktails while a DJ spun records. He later performed around two songs before taking off.

The New Times said tickets to the show cost between $80 and $150.
