Police officials have discovered that some of the pills music legend Prince overdosed on were actually counterfeit pills. They do not know how he purchased them, but they do know the drugs contained the strong synthetic opioid fentanyl. Prince died last April and was found in the elevator of his Paisley Park home. The authorities stated that it doesn’t matter if Prince knew what was in the drugs, whoever made them is going to be charged for falsely labeling the pills as Vicodin.
