Two NYPD detectives have been charged with raping a handcuffed 18-year-old woman in the back seat of their police van. The assault occurred in Coney Island last month. The cops, Eddie Martins, 37, and Richard Hall, 33, are from the Brooklyn South Narcotics unit. They were arraigned Monday on a total of 50 charges. The charges include first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and second-degree kidnapping. Both detectives pleaded not guilty to all counts.
