The woman who sued rapper 50 Cent for putting her private sex tape on the Internet will take the stand Monday to testify briefly as her lawyers wrap up their case in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Lastonia Leviston, 36, is expected to be sworn in as the last witness in the case and then lawyers for Curtis (Fitty) Jackson will swing into action with their own witnesses.
They have declined to say whether the 39-year-old rapper will appear to testify.

In the last two days, jurors have heard testimony from doctors who said Leviston, a mother of two, was traumatized emotionally by the disclosure of the personal sex tape. It was picked up by several websites including BooBootv.com, which is run by Jackson.
