Rocko Suing Future For Cutting Side Deal; Future Calls Rocko A Snitch.
Atlanta rapper Rocko has sued Future for over $10 million, claiming the musician breached a contract with his A1 Recordings when he signed a side deal with Epic Records
According to Rocko, whose real name is Rodney Hill, Jr., Future inked a contract with A1 in 2011 for six albums. At the time, he also signed a distribution deal with Epic, but the suit claims Future also cut a different deal with Epic that netted him a multi-million dollar advance.
Rocko further alleges that Future did not pay him the 25 percent commission he was owed from the Epic advance. He also claims he is owed 20 percent of the DS2 MC’s earnings, which includes touring and endorsements.
