Shel Bailey releases his single, “Wild Barbarian”, which is featured from his new album, Crazy Joey. The track is a straight shooter, gunning for the popular Philly MC Cassidy, whose Shel’s bars allegedly claims Cassidy of stealing his album cover for his debut, Golden Eagle. Shel is also calling to mind some similarities in Cassidy’s Da BARbarian, a title Bailey says Cassidy took from one of his favorite MCs of all time, the late great Sean Price.

With heavily barbarian themes, dancers in costumes and tribal war paint with weaponry abound, Shel Bailey’s craftiness gives the video an animated approach, but the track alone shows he’s ready for battle. Will Cassidy respond? We shall see. In the meantime, check out the video and stay tuned…
